The best way to order your repeat prescriptions and book appointments is by using the NHS App. Click the link below to set up your account:
All routine GP appointments and Repeat Prescriptions can be booked and ordered online using one of the available apps or websites (e.g. NHS app or Patient Access).
Although most people prefer the NHS App, you can still also use Patient Access, to book appointments and request repeat prescriptions. This website is run by EMIS – the GP system that we use. If you use Patient Access, you now need to have your mobile phone handy to confirm your ID using two-factor identification.
Online Appointment Booking – for appointments outside of normal opening times
For the last few years patients have been able to book appointments at Hub sites across West Northumberland outside of the normal opening times of our surgery. These were on evenings and Saturdays but could only be booked by speaking to our reception team. These appointments can now be booked online using your NHS App login by clicking on the link below:-
