The MMRV vaccine has replaced the MMR vaccine in the NHS vaccination schedule. The MMRV vaccine helps protect children against measles, mumps, rubella and chickenpox (varicella). It’s usually given to children when they are 12 months and 18 months old. Some older children are also offered it.
Patients who are eligible or, those who will receive this as part of the routine immunisation schedule will be contacted by the practice. You do not need to contact us to book this.
